Approximately 350 home sites, most of which are waterfront with quick access to the Gulf, comprise the unique, palm-lined streets of Aqualane Shores at the south end of town. Ideally situated between the elegance of Port Royal, and with the ambiance of Old Naples, the area offers a quiet setting where deep water canals entice large boat owners. Streets are dotted with a variety of home styles, some of which were originally built in the '60s and '70s. Most of these homes have been expanded and renovated, or in many cases, razed to make room for a new grand residence.
Aqualane Shores borders on the Third Street shopping area with restaurants and marvelous shopping opportunities. Another great attraction for residents is that the beach is within walking or biking distance. The community encompasses nearly 300 acres and is located within the city limits of Naples.
