Stock Construction has released new townhomes and flats for sale in Ole at Lely Resort.  There are a new variety of floorplans offered.  The new buildings offer more windows bringing in more natural light.  The new building is located in Phase II of Ole and include five floorplans.  Prices in Ole start from the 180's.  

The Newly Released Village of Chiasso in Fiddlers Creek by D.R. Horton, the national homebuilder's second distinctive village within Fiddler's Creek. Chiasso consists of 59 single-family residences intertwined amid lakes and waterways at Fiddler's Creek.

Located within the Veneta section at Fiddler's Creek, the village of Chiasso will feature four floor plans ranging from 2,583 square feet to 3,522 square feet under air.  The Hawthorne, a one-story design offers 2,583 square feet of air conditioned space, three bedrooms, three baths, a den and a three-car garage. The Hawthorne is base-priced at $484,990.  The Washington is a one-story residence with 2,788 square feet under air and features three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den and two-car garage. The Washington is base-priced at $499,990.  The Madison is a one-story residence featuring three bedrooms, four baths, a den, a two-car garage and 3,246 square feet under air. The Madison is base-priced at $534,990.  The Emerson, a two-story residence, offers 3,522 square feet under air, three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a loft and two-car garage. The Emerson is base-priced at $554,990.

In 1998, Fiddler's Creek comprises of nearly 4,000 acres and is zoned for 6,000 residences. The master-planned community will be comprised of about 100 distinct residential neighborhoods upon completion.

Stock Construction has announced plans for the village of Majorca in Fiddler's Creek.  They will include four different floorplans breaking ground this spring.

The Scottsdale II offering 2,719 of living area one story residences - Three Bedrooms, Three Baths, Living Room, Dining Room, Study and Lanai.  Base Price at $599,990.

The Harbourtown II offering 2,815 of living area one story residences - Three Bedrooms, Three Baths, Great Room, Study, Dining Room and Screened Lanai.  Base Price at $619,990.

The Greenbriar II offering 2,949 of living area one story residences - Three Bedrooms, Four Baths, Living Area, Family Room, Dining Room, Study and Screened Lanai.  Base Price at $629,990.

The Pinehurst II offering 2,890 of living area one story residences - Thre Bedrooms, Two and A Half Baths, Great Room, Dining Room, Study plus a Cabana Bedroom and Bath.  Base Price $654,990.

Each residence in Majorca will have a choice of three front elevations constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and feature a three car garage.  Standard Features include wood cabinets, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities, deep soaking tubs in the master bathrooms and designer fixtures.

Majorca will be one of three villages to be constructed by Stock Construction in Fiddler's Creek.  Fiddler's Creek is approx 4,000 acres and is currently zoned for 6,000 residences.  Approximately 1,700 residences are complete leaving approximately 4,300 left to be built. 

Upon completion Fiddler's Creek will be compromised of 100 distinct neighborhoods with less then one third developed for residential use.  The remainder of the property is dedicated to nature reserves, lakes, parks, golf courses and recreational areas.

Fiddler's Creek features a 54,000 square feet Club and Spa, fitness center, resort style multi pool complex, tennis courts, tot lot and restaurants.  Residents also have the opportunity to join the Golf Club or the Tarpon Club for boating and beach access.
